Gorgeous location right on the water! Kayaking and paddle boarding were so easy to do from the backyard and I loved watching sea life right from the dock. Perfect location to visit all the west coast beaches and lots of restaurants to choose from. Music did not bother us at all, there are humidifiers and A/C running which were great white noise. Was great to go to beaches without worrying about purchasing beach chairs, life vests, or coolers. Nino is very thorough and Lucas was wonderful and helpful as well!

Would definitely do it all over again!!! Loved the place and clear instructions for the house. Also loved the personalized touch when we got to the house. Recommend it 100%

Nino and Lucas were fantastic. Nino was extremely responsive during the entire process from beginning to end. Lucas, the on-site property manager was friendly and gave great dinner recommendations. The water right off the dock was beautiful. Make sure to Kayak to the island in the morning before the winds start, it is 100% worth it!! We saw manatee, rays, tarpon, and lots of other tropical looking fish. Inside is small but you only sleep there so who needs more. We utilized the kitchen and grill, they have everything but a hand mixer. Perfect stay. Things to note that are mentioned in listing, beach and dock are not private but everyone was respectful. Birds start chirping around 6 and will wake you up. We loved our stay and have nothing negative to say about the property or hosts. Thank you again Nino and Lucas!
