We loved our stay at the Willow & Wagtail so much. The house itself was so spacious and comfortable - we were 5 friends so used both double beds + the sofa bed and it worked perfectly. The open plan kitchen area was lovely and perfect for cooking and enjoying a leisurely breakfast. The garden was really beautiful and nature filled - we loved waking up to the sound of birds and sitting out in the sun at the table outside. Great location just 15 minutes from shoreham and enjoyed some lovely walks through pretty Steyning and down to the beach. The hosts were also super friendly but left us to our devices which was lovely and relaxed. Would highly recommend Zetta’s place for a beautiful weekend away!

Zetta's place was the perfect spot for us to explore the surrounding area during our week away. It was peaceful, a beautiful comfortable space and the hosts were very welcoming. Our one year old daughter loved watching the birds in the aviary and meeting their dog! We enjoyed visiting Brighton, Lewes, Lancing, The Bluebell Line and the 'Butterfly Gardens' which were all a short drive away.

Great place in a lovely location. I wish we could have stayed. Unfortunately my son had a severe reaction and we had to come home on our first night.

We had a lovely cosy stay in this cottage. The decor was nice and it smelt lovely and clean when we arrived. The log burner was well used and warmed up the sitting room nicely. The upstairs bed is soft and squishy if you like that. The listing says there’s a hairdryer but we couldn’t find one so you should bring your own. The Wi-Fi worked well for us, no issues. Overall we enjoyed our stay and wish we’d stayed another night.

Excellent visit and no complaints. Really responsive on messages prior, answering all our questions and place was lovely. We really enjoyed the log fire (and a long bath after beautiful walk in countryside). Recommend!
