Super communicative and attentive host that was available 24/7 for his guests! Warm and welcoming space with tons of amenities and a large space to cook in. Rooms were comfortable and equipped with AC and fan! Overall, sincerely enjoyed the stay and appreciate Mike in particular. Would recommend!

Michael is an excellent host. He took really great care of us and offered help for whatever we needed to be comfortable in the house. He even gave us extra towels and we didn’t even have to ask for them. His house felt like home. We were all very comfortable and felt safe. I highly recommend Michael’s house for anyone staying in Brooklyn. Thank you Michael for your gracious hospitality. Enjoy the bouquet of flowers and eggs we left you. The stay at Michael’s place was predominantly for my in-laws, who came from out of town for my wedding to stay for over a month, making this Michael’s first extended stay at the apartment. Overall, they loved the space, accommodations and neighborhood. With that being said, they had certain expectations to what should occur on a regular basis when it came to upkeep (ex: having clean linens & sheets on a weekly basis). Michael was transparent with me about this being his first extended stay, so he welcomed my feedback of how to accommodate for guests who do stay for long periods, so I appreciate him for reaching out. There were a few hiccups here and there, but Michael was super responsive and accountable, which made the stay worth it. I would recommend anyone coming out of town, from a few days or longer, to try Michael’s place, especially if you’re looking for somewhere quiet enough, close to transportation and convenient to what you need.

We rented Michaels apartment coming from Germany for 1 week because of lots of space, the valuable price and a really good connection to downtown Manhattan. With a walk of 8-10 min we could reach Metro station Flatbush. From there you can go easily in 30-40 min to down town, mid town or uptown Manhattan. As 4 persons family and 3 bedroom plus living room there is enough space to relax after an enjoying NJ day. It was also great having breakfast in the morning in a kind of conservatory at the frontside, seeing the nicely blooming trees (April) and watching the people running on the sidewalk. Michael asked several times if help was needed. The entire family felt very comfortable. Thanks Michael for hosting us.
