The reasons I loved it: 1. The location is amazing and it is walking distance from a lot of great restaurants, shops, and bars. 2. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The sheets smelled fresh/clean. 3. They have plenty of towels. The reason for my 3 star rating is: 1. The blow dryer was not working and I needed it to get ready for my sister’s graduation. I was extremely frustrated that I was unable to do my hair that morning because I was unable to blow dry it. 2. The body wash was opened and watered down. I had to go purchase our own because it did not seem sanitary. They also didn’t have wash clothes. 3. The washer and dryer is not inside the house. You have to walk outside and around the back to access it. It is also a very tight space and for it not being accessible there was no hamper provided. I had to carry my clothes in my arms and dropped a few pieces.

On the positive side, the apartment was in a great location. Check-in was easy. Beds were comfortable, and all needs were met. On the negative side, the place was okay clean but not super clean and there was a lot of noise from construction, and the ceilings are so thin that you could hear the upstairs neighbors above very clearly.

We really loved staying here. It’s easy to walk to the beach, parks, and restaurants. The towels and sheets were very clean-smelling (not always the case at every AirBnB) and the beds were comfortable. They also had a lot of items to use in the kitchen, which was very convenient. They had a bunch of beach things you could use too, like a beach umbrella, chairs, cooler and even boogie boards. Our only complaint was noise- the people staying upstairs were obnoxiously loud in the mornings. It sounded like they were dropping bowling balls on the floor, running around, and singing/screaming at 5am- I’m not exaggerating at all. It woke us up and was very disruptive for our young child when she was trying to sleep. The house next door had also been getting gutted for a remodel the past two days, so there were guys yelling and banging loud things around right outside the windows all day. It’s not the owners fault that they were so loud, so I’m still giving five stars- But that sucked!
