We chose this location due to proximity to Lincoln Square to attend a show at Old Town. We loved the proximity to many things in the neighborhood, parking was free and easy as described, and this was a quiet and safe location.

We had a great time during our stay. Great location. Easy street parking. Close to the public transportation. Walkable neighborhood, with good restaurant options. Apartment was as advertised, with comfortable beds.

If you could conjure up a physical manifestation of the ideal Airbnb, it would be this place. It was in the perfect spot (close to family, transit, and food) to start, and simply had everything my crew (2 adults, 2 kids) needed for a functional, easy, and downright delightful home base for a few days. We found street parking and didn't move our car again until it was time to leave (win!). We checked ourselves in and out with zero hassle. We were the first to use the pack-n-play (literally cut the tags off). We did the laundry we'd accumulated while enjoying the eclipse in Indianapolis. Our kids built an epic fort with all the pillows, blankets, and living room space! We did have to haul everything up (and down) the stairs, there were no blackout curtains, the bed pillows were nothing special, and 10am felt a little early for checkout. But I had to reach to find these critiques. It's a very livable and welcoming space and I recommend it highly!

Dan has a very comfortable property in a great, walkable neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be lucky to rent with this gracious host again in the future.

Great neighborhood location with a lot of walkable options for food, drink, park close by for kids, grocery stores within 4 blocks. Brown line is close too-- easy access to the entire city! very clean & comfortable!
