It is located in walking distance to the World Trade Center and Corniche Beach. All furniture are very old, need to be replaced. Watching machine is rusty and scary to use. The electric oven is old and ugly—very limited kitchenware.

كان الحجز غرفتين ب4 اسره للنوم.. تم اعطائنا غرفتين ب سريرن كبار .. وتم الرفض وقالو هذا الموجود مع اني حجزت مسبقا وتم الدفع على هذا الطلب . وطلبت من موظفه الاستقبال إرجاع التأمين ف اليوم الثاني قالت سنذهب للاطلاع ع الغرفه ونسيت التامين لانشغالي بالسياره والأطفال ولم يتم التواصل معي ..

Sherril is a great host. Apartment is spacious and clean, very close to the park. Would stay again.

The good: LOTS of space! VERY close to the beach! Extremely nice front desk lady at the hotel. Pretty good breakfast on the top floor for only 30 Dirham each. Quiet room (we where in room 502 on the 5the floor) Close to a wonderful Indian food vegetarian restaurant that is VERY cheap! Like almost everything on the menu is only about 3 to 11 Dirhams! Very close to a nice mall! The UNEXPECTED: This is a hotel not an apartment that the host is renting out. Which is no biggie but the room you get seems that it could be different depending upon the availability. So the view and so on could be different depending on which room you get. The layout and furniture and everything is still exactly how the pictures show though so that is all good. So this review is on room 502 which is on the 5the floor. When you get there the front desk people will check you in and give you the keys to your room and need to make a copy if your passports. They will also charge you a fee of 20 Dirhams per night that you are staying there. The BAD: The shower has some mold that needed to be cleaned. The shower faucet was detached from the wall on the left side a bit which was moldy there. You can smell a moldy smell in the bathroom. Again this was in room 502 so it might not be the same for the room you get. Now that being said, it was not like horrible moldy or anything it was just like it needed to be cleaned a bit better in the shower. The rest of the place was very clean and nice. Overall I would totally recommend anyone to stay here! It was nice and in fantastic location!
