Quiet farm retreat, very close to Cabot trail

I think I can safely say that Brian and Michelle’s BNB was and will remain the best BNB I have ever stayed at. Both Brian and Michelle were warm, friendly, and welcoming. Communication was perfect but the location is beyond description! If you are looking for a vacation home to decompress, Blackbird Retreat is the place. Sauna and cold plunge was an added bonus and had a really great chat with Brian. The farm is so incredibly peaceful and Zen-like. Do not hesitate on booking this BNB. My only recommendation is to make sure you book at least two nights if not more. Thank you Brian and Michelle - your kindness and hospitality is greatly appreciated and won’t soon be forgotten!

Had a wonderful stay at the farm. The bed was comfy and the hosts were friendly and welcoming - even offering up a few tomatoes from the garden. The sauna and cold plunge was amazing, although there was an additional fee of $20 to use the sauna. Would stay here again - thanks!

Overall not a bad place to stay quite cute and rustic. We didn’t encounter a bug issue but was to be expected on a farm. The 10 minute shower rule and the water pressure were an issue for us.
