Ob的房子很棒，装修的有格调，设施一应俱全，我儿子很喜欢双层床那个房间和看电视节目。Sea World出来后开车10分钟即是，走路一分钟就到海边。海边确实是有不少流浪汉，从附近小餐馆老板说最近这里治安不好，所以我们带着孩子晚上都没有出门。Ob的家还是很安静很安全的：） 用中文评价，希望能给华人一些参考。

We’d originally booked a hotel around the corner, but switched to make things easier with our kids. Could not have been better! The bunk room was perfect for the kids, including some children’s books. The walk to the beach is extremely easy, and the other direction is full of adorable restaurants and bars.

Location: You can’t beat the location for this property. You are literally steps away from the pier and Newport Ave (the main drag). Everything is within walking distance. Cleanliness: I am one of those people who cleans EVERYTHING when I first check-in to a rental, and I always find that things aren’t as clean as I’d hoped. Not this unit! My cleaning towels came away spotless. Kudos to the cleaning staff….not even dust bunnies under the bed!! Check-In/Out: Super easy! As previously mentioned in other reviews, the reserved parking spot is small, but so are all the others in OB. I was just grateful to have a spot, as street parking is tough. I simply let my passenger out, then pulled in tight against the wall. I then had plenty of room to fully open the drivers side doors of my SUV. Security: We felt very safe. Security lights all around the property have motion-sensors to come on and the entire property is gated for safety. Great communication from hosts. I recommend this unit!

10/10. Will be back again!!! The extras for kids is really wonderful and made our stay so much more comfortable (games/toys, kids plates etc.). Can’t beat the location!! Host is excellent and answered all my questions. Thanks for an amazing stay, Nichole!

Our family of 2 adults and 2 teen boys had a fantastic stay. Great communication, super clean property, comfortable, secure and very easy walking to all OB has to offer.
