The property did not match the description. There was no storage for non-fridge foodstuffs, and no place for hanging / storing clothes. Property is in need of repair. Cobwebs in both bedrooms and residue around tap bases in toilet. Rear window is held together by duct-tape, plaster above outside sitting area is falling away, and around doorways. Rotting wood along bathroom ceiling and cracks around the window frames. Shower head filthy with strands of matter suspended from shower head. Strong smell of effluent pervading the premises. Barbecue old and rusty and propped up with a brick. Tarpaulin left crumpled in fire pit. Double-doors leading to rear secured by one flimsy small latch. Second bedroom no space cluttered . Outdated chest of drawers in living area handles missing on the left side .

We had an enjoyable stay at Glen Morris, Wuthering Heights. It was perfect for bringing our four legged friends who very much enjoyed having so much freedom to enjoy the property. A few minutes out of Clare, close to many tourist attractions but felt secluded and was very quiet. If you have a clear night you will love looking up at the stars! Thanks for a lovely stay.

A wonderfully rustic, bucolic place to spend a few nights in the Clare Valley. The handmade, mud brick cottage is nestled in the gum trees on the quite secluded Withering Heights property, yet it’s close to the town of Clare.

Really good location for us when staying in the Clare Valley for a couple of nights, being only a short drive from town. Was really nice having a pet friendly place as well as we had our dog Harvey with us. Very quiet surroundings and comfortable bed. Lovely to be provided with some provisions in the fridge as well. Great communication and recommendations, and very easy to find. Cottage was lovely and had a rustic feel to it and the book about the history of the bigger property was super interesting to read about.
