This unit has a few issues that were most annoying. Vacasa needs to pay more attention to its instructions and other details.

So, the compound this unit is in was lovely. Amazing oak canopies and walking paths for the pups. It’s obvious from the listing that the condo is a bit dated, which I actually enjoy. Feels like nostalgia. The issue was that things were in disrepair and listed falsely. Neither pool was heated. The sauna was locked and looked like it hadn’t been used in some time. The beach access was closed from a recent storm. These were all major selling points so we were disappointed. Oh, and the cable was out so we couldn’t watch the Macys parade while we prepped for thanksgiving, as is tradition. Just a sum total of frustrating items. If these were addressed we would love to return otherwise. I would love to add that Glenn, the serviceman that Vacasa sent out came straight to us on Thanksgiving Day and tried in earnest to remedy the situation. He was a pleasure and a highlight of our stay. Give the man a raise.

Very nice place near the beach plenty of room

Great little stay and not bad for two blocks from the beach. The entire feel of the Sea Woods development is woodsy with oak lined shades streets. Quite the contrast of the “beach” and a lovely change from the excessive heat this week. Comfortable unit but it is a little dated. Thankful they had the pet covers for furniture. Could benefit from a little face lift. Checkout instructions were easy to follow. I always strip beds and start a load in the washing machine. So upon cleaning up for checkout I discovered the master bed had no mattress pad. Didn’t end the stay in a true 5 Star rating because of that but otherwise. It suited our needs and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

Check in was easy and location was perfect. Only problem was window in 2nd bedroom did not lock. Also you get a different person responding when messaging as it is a company, so it got annoying when a response didn’t match what we were talking about. Other than that would pick this location again.
