great place, spotless with well stocked kitchen. great hiking nearby. good communication and easy check-in. the trains are fairly loud but didn't bother us at all

This location is simply magical. Watching the crab boats, the sunset, the eagle on Dot Island... Simply magical! We got up early and just sat by the windows.

It is every bit as awesome as it looks. If comfort, calm and natural beauty are what you are looking for you need to stay at Anne's place on Chuckanut. We've already booked our next stay!!

My family of three loved our stay at the Vista! My foodie husband was very impressed by the well-stocked kitchen. I loved all the extra cozy comforts in the form of blankets galore and books, puzzles, and games for all ages. Our five-year-old LOVED the deck and train sightings. And of course the view was amazing. I've stayed at multiple places in the Chuckanuts, where the train can be quite loud, but that wasn't the case here. There are no street crossings nearby so there are no train whistles within earshot and because the bedrooms are downstairs the sound is buffered. I'm a light sleeper and the train noise wasn't a problem. We had a few questions during our stay and Anne was incredibly prompt and helpful in her replies.
