Pros: - TBVR was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. - House was 1.5 blocks from beach! Amazing location. - House was big, clean, and comfortable. - 2 king bed rooms, which was perfect for our 2 family vacay. - Some trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, dish soap, bars of soap provided. Cons: - House did not provide some basic items that would have been nice including salt/pepper/cooking oil, OR beach towels or chairs. Overall, a great experience. Would use this company and house again.

Excellent place for a group! Just a few minutes walk from the beach and great restaurants. The only downside for some is that the house contains a lot of stairs

Great location, very clean, lots of excellent space for hanging out. Our group had a great time. Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals was super responsive and sent someone out to deal with minor issues we had (internet wasn't working and dryer wasn't hooked to hose) within minutes both times. We had a few minor critiques: 1) beds are very soft. 2) If your group plans on cooking a lot, you will need to bring or buy some things. The kitchen has no spices beyond salt & pepper -- and not a lot of equipment aside from (very nice) pots and pans -- e.g., no garlic press, no peeler, one large spoon, one spatula. 3)There was no laundry detergent.
