A modern contemporary retreat south facing sun drenched directly on to a tranquil non-motorised lake. 55 minutes from Montreal. Wide open layout living space with floor to ceilings windows. Bedrooms located on seperate lower garden level WINTER SEASON: Please note during the winter season, the cottage is located on a private road that is snowplowed and sanded regularly, but because of the steep incline of the road it is highly advisable to have an AWD or four-wheel drive vehicle to access.

Merveilleux séjour chez Cindy et Robert! Beau chalet familiale où l’on se sent comme chez soi. Cindy et Robert sont disponibles et attentionnés. On y retourne sans hésiter!

Nous sommes allés une semaine à se chalet moderne et c’était pas assez , J’aurais plutôt passé l’année au complet ! Endroit calme propre et paisible , Le quai est superbe et les enfants ont bien profité du plan d’eau . La véranda est la pièce par excellence! Beau temps mauvais temps nous étions assis là le soir . Cuisine bien équipée, lits confo, plusieurs espaces de détente, la communication avec le propriétaire est claire et immédiate , nous avons reçu meme des infos de travaux routier dans le secteur durant notre séjour, belle attention. j’y retourne bientôt c’est sur . Merci a vous Robert et votre famille de nous avoir prêté votre magnifique chalet Pat
Superbe maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût au bord d'un lac très paisible.

Morin Heights
When you drive out to the main 329 highway road if you turn right you will head towards Morin Heights which is 10-15 minutes away and you will find a IGA grocery store, artisanal bakery and SAQ wine store. There is the Aerobic corridor to cycle and hike. Ofuro Spa and Amerispa. Further along is St. Sauveur with a waterpark and shopping outlets.
Lachute
From the main road 329 Highway if you turn left you will make your way to Lachute where there is a Super C & IGA grocery stores, Dollar Store, Tim Hortons, WalMart etc. Best of all Ice Cream Lowe or Dairy Queen.
Saint Canut
From chemin Lac du Chevreuil take a left and go along Chemin St Paul to Saint Colomban, then take a right Montee de L’Eglise. There is a Super C, Dollarstore, Jean Coutu, IGA plus with a large organic/bio section. And Ice Cream Gre Des Saveurs!
Have Fun!
The Gore community center is only 9 minutes away on Cambria Road. There is a children’s playground, an ice rink and wonderful walking trails.
In the summer; every Tuesday & Sunday (Tuesday is much larger) there is the Lachute Flea Market which sells antiques, toys, curiosities and there is a fresh food market.
