The place is an ok place to stay if you really need to but not necessarily the best place… the wifi was not working at all and even though I texted Rafael in multiple occasions to see when he was going to repair it he didn’t repair it during my whole stay (10th of April - 30th April) he only replied to my messages at the checkout and when confronted about the wifi he excused himself saying he went on holidays and that he was sorry about it. The area is ok Alzenau is a calm village without a lot of noise so it was ok. The beds are not the most comfortable but they make the job… and the kitchen is equipped for a normal day to day use but missing some things for cooking although this wasn’t a big problem for me as I didn’t have to cook.

Rafael is very friendly. He answers quickly to messages. the hand over of the keys is easy. the accommodation will be perfect for Bag Packers or for a small family. Maybe another offer should be preferred for a romantic weekend.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und wie beschrieben Ausgestattet. Kommunikation erfolgt problemlos und schnell. Der Check In war sehr Flexibel und auch zu später Uhrzeit problemlos möglich. Ich kann die Unterkunft von Rafael uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
