I came to Cincinnati in 2016 to be closer to my daughter and son in law. It has been a very good move and I really like Cincinnati and the surrounding area. One of the reasons I moved was because I was able to get a job at Price Hill Will. PHW is a community development corporation and we have done a lot to improve the area of Price Hill. We have a 100 member free youth orchestra that has an adult orchestra also. We have also been able to facilitate the renovation and restoration of some significant structure's in Price Hill. The Public Incline Theater was one of our projects it's a state of the art facility that offers theater productions, music and other events. We have also started a low income housing program. This enables low income people to own their own home and start to break out of the cycle of poverty. We also have remodeled 85 market rate homes in Price Hill. Price Hill is a diverse area with a lot of amazing people from all walks of life. I purchased the duplex that the Airbnb is in and live in the first floor. I never heard of Airbnb until I bought this place in 2017. My daughter told me about it because she has visited many Airbnb homes in her many world and local travels. I have thoroughly enjoyed having Airbnb in this space. I'm glad I have done this and am always impressed by the care of the space by the guests. They treat it like it's their own!
