Maud's place is wonderful and I would warmly recommend it to anyone looking for a long-term airbnb to find their bearings in Paris. Maud was incredibly pleasant to deal with, and was flexible when we needed to extend our stay which we much appreciated because finding a flat in Paris is not staight forward. The flat is very large, splotlessly clean and has everything that one needs for a compfortable longer stay.

Leiligheten har sjarm og er mer en stor nok for et par eller en liten familie. Den er fint innredet. Trappene opp til 3.etasje gir deg den trimmen du trenger :-) Den ligger i et boligområde, det er helt stille og rolig. Men det er gode restauranter, bakeri, dagligvarer, marked, Metro og en handlegate like i nærheten. Folk er vennlige og det er lite andre turister. Anbefales!

Wir waren 3 Wochen bei Maud und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war wunderbar und die Kommunikation mit Maud war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lieben Dank Maud!

Maud our host: She was absolutely wonderful. Maud guided us from the beginning with places to eat and things to see in Boulogne-Billancourt and she even provided us with a bottle of champagne for our anniversary returning to Paris. She even installed a portable AC for us in the bedroom to make it easier to sleep in June when it was very hot. The space: The view from the Eiffel Tower was amazing! We sat and drank coffee from her fourth floor flat while watching the clouds over the Eiffel Tower every morning. In the evening, we brushed our teeth and watched the tower sparkle on the horizon. The front sitting room is spacious and relaxing, and the floor adds lots of charm to the space. The kitchen was big enough for anything we needed, and we made coffee on the stove every morning. She had all the utensils and pots/pans we needed. The fridge was big and allowed us to keep some of our left overs and sweet treats from close by bakeries. We definitely recommend staying in Maud's flat!
