A quattro passi da il Centro di Porto Cervo ma zona tranquilla, molto vicina a Ristoranti e Supermercati/Farmacia etc Molto spazio: bellissimo giardino molto curato e zona piscina pulita....la zona giorno molto accogliente e spaziosa. Ci siamo trovato molto bene e Grazie soprattutto a Guglielmo per la sua disponibilità e gentilezza! Grazie Mille

This was simply a perfect stay in Porto Cervo!. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are large. The best part is definitely the living area with a stunning terrace overlooking the sunset every night. We had a great great time with my friends chilling and relaxing on the outdoor sofas. The property is really 3 minutes walking from the city centre! Friendly staff, the host is reliable and replied within seconds to every question we had sent. Thank you for a great stay, we hope to be back next year!

Beautiful home, great location, and the host was very responsive. We struggled a bit with the climate control though. The house got uncomfortably humid on the bottom floor with all the bedrooms and bathrooms. We wished there was better ventilation to dry things out more, because it felt like all the fabrics were just a bit damp the whole time.

I had the pleasure of staying at this property with three friends of mine. Overall, our experience was nothing short of great. The host is extremely easy going and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Location: The property is only steps away from the town of Porto Cervo. At night, you can simply walk out your door and grab dinner/drinks at one of the many bars/restaurants. Also, the property makes a great jumping off point for day trips to some of Sardinia's best beaches, including La Maddelena. Amenities: The property has everything you'll need, including plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, a fantastic pool, covered parking, WiFi, a large bluetooth speaker, multiple coffee makers, and shower/beach towels. Although the property does not have air conditioning, we found the temperature to be more than manageable with the ceiling fans in each bedroom. Recommendations: If you want a property with great amenities and within walking distance to shops/bars/restaurants, rent this house. Also, if you intend to make day trips around Sardinia, this property will suit you well.
