The condo is as described. It is a beautiful place. Ground floor is a major plus. We stayed 5 nights and I am positive when we return, Phil’s place will be the first place we look to stay.

Very nice place and well stocked. Unfortunately, we were pretty much there only to sleep, but we noticed the kitchen was well stocked if we had needed it. The beds were comfortable. Loved the keyless entry. The 'studio apartment' room within the condo was nice, especially if had we stayed longer or had more time at the condo. Phil was very quick to respond to any questions we had, which was very helpful. The bath towels were a little small, but there were plenty available, so it was not an issue. We would recommend the unit and the host!

Nous venons au Brunswick Plantation depuis 2010 et avons logé dans plusieurs unités et celui de Phil était de loin le plus beau. On voit qu'il n'a pas hésité a changé plusieurs éléments important dans le condo, dont le mobilier, les électroménagers. la décoration, le salon ... et les salle de bains sont très bien aussi! Sans oublié le mobilier extérieur très pratique! Je vais sûrement recontacter Phil pour les prochaines années! Encore une fois merci de penser à tous les petits détails qui font la différence! 😉
