这是我们第一次住民宿，但是感觉很棒，以至于后来我们在入住期间都会说回家，咱家等等，而且我们回过后也想在自己的家里加入那些装饰品，甚至在以后再买房时会考虑那样的装潢思路，房东两口子是很有学问，很有品味，很会生活的人，这一点如果不是入住期间我的两位老师来访恐怕我还意识不到，老师说房东一定是博物学家，艺术家，或者甚至是科学家，我们只是有感觉却不知道家里那些装饰有多么珍贵，特别，房东能把这样的房子放在爱比迎我也是觉得他们是多么懂得信任和大爱的人！房东还对我们在米兰期间的一些事情给予了意见和帮助，每次交谈都很愉快，当得知我们都是天主教信徒时，我们更加亲近了。儿童房有很多玩具，以至于我儿子有时候都不愿意出去，阳台比较大，很惬意，房东养了很多花，客厅厨房都很大，很有艺术感，生活起来又很方便，厨房的垃圾分类也比较简单……下次去还会住这里👍😊

Ascanio and Giovanna were great hosts. One greeted us at arrival and helped with the luggage and the other at departure. The place itself was large and very comfortable for our family of four. The book of instructions was comprehensive, and we didn't have to ask the hosts about anything in the house during our entire stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the washer + dryer were very good quality. We chose the area as we stayed near the Duomo on our first visit to Milan, and we really enjoyed the more local neighborhood. The only minor quibble was that beds in two rooms were on the smaller size for our adult children - but overall, our family had a great stay in the house.

Our family of four adults had a truly memorable stay at Ascanio's home in Milan. After dozens of stays at various airbnbs, this was the first time we got to stay at a place where the uniqueness of the home - its decor, art, design - were a treat for the family. The house was also a great haven for recharging social batteries after a long vacation day with its spacious layout and many rooms. And it had pretty much everything we needed. Ascanio was communicative and helpful before and through out the stay, answering all our questions and making us feel welcome. We also had a culturally immersive experience staying in this neighborhood of Milan with a minimal concentration of tourists. The neighborhood is vibrant with the shops and restaurants by the canal system of Milan, and has easy access to the rest of the city by train and tram. Strongly recommend this place for any family looking to experience Milan in summer!

Ascanio‘s place was an absolute gem and outstanding in every detail and quite the find in a sea of options in Milan. This apartment well exceeded our expectations and photos did not do it justice. As an architect, he has appointed the apartment in a wonderful design and with great detail. We will definitely return to this apartment next time we are in Milan.
