The appartment has three bedrooms and is located in the sixth floor of a ten-floor building. It is very near to the metro line 12 and the regional train (Renfe) station of Mostoles. By Renfe train, you can arrive in Madrid centre (Embajadores or Atocha station) within 25 minutes. The Rey Juan Carlos University is only 10 minutes on foot away from the appartment. Supermarkets are very near and the neighbourhood is safe and friendly even after midnight. There are various nice cafeterias in the area like Flecha near to Renfe station and Carrefour market or Iris bar just at the next corner of the building. The central heating in the building was working very good during winter, so the rooms were very warm. The kitchen is very well equipped (houseware, fridge, oven) and the living room is comfortable and bright with a small balcon. I would suggest that for three people living and cooking there for longer stay, one or two more bigger pots (casserole) are required. I stayed there almost two months as a visitor, working in an institute in the area. But finally, I had to leave Mostoles and Madrid due to Corona crisis. I am very pleased with the help and communication with Jose.

Excelente Jose en su atención !! 100 % recomendable. La ubicación es muy buena, se tiene el metro del pradillo cerca y hay carnicerías, verdulerias y supermercado cerca. Gracias Jose !!!

It was a very nice stay! Everything was super clean. I could store my food in the fridge and use the kitchen. The other people who rented the appartment too have been very nice. The area is super nice, with a beautiful park to run and nice coffees.

La comunicación con el anfitrión ha sido inmejorable. Jose ha sido muy amable y dispuesto para cualquier cosa que necesitara en todo momento. En cuanto a la habitación tiene una cama bastante cómoda y un escritorio donde poder trabajar con el ordenador. Eché en falta quizá algún perchero para colgar cosas. En mi caso convivía con estudiantes y alguno de ellos era muy ruidoso durante las horas de sueño, y no dejaba la cocina muy limpia para los demás, pero es algo circunstancial dependiendo de quien ocupe las otras dos habitaciones de la casa. La casa está a poco más de 5 minutos del cercanías y a 2 minutos de un supermercado. Lo recomiendo y repetiría
