Greg's Apartment is located in a quiet part of Chania, away from the crowds. 15 minutes on foot and you are on the beach. It is very comfortably equipped, the kitchen has everything you need; not only the utensils, but also spices and olive oil. Delicious oranges and mandarins were also waiting for us. Thank you! Comfortable beds. We haven't rested like this for a long time. Contact with Greg was perfect :).

highly avoid this place I read all the reviews which totally sold this apartment to me. we arrived here as two working professionals on a business trip. we were greeted by Greg's wife. we were given ONE pillow per bedroom. two double beds usually have two pillows each. each room had one pillow. we were also provided with one key to share. when asked could we have another key, Greg's wife said no that it was for the cleaner. We then politely asked again next day explaining we were two individuals working, in a two bed apt on different schedules and required a second key to enter and leave. Greg's wife used her daughter as translator and became very agitated and aggressive and continuously argued and shouted to her daughter to us. We both felt quite intimidated and take aback by her reaction. One night we went outside in the outdoor space and done a mindfulness session after work, Greg's wife again came up asking what we were doing and told us we shouldn't be there. After this she locked the outdoor buildings that had our laundry in it and took the key! She kept this until the next afternoon and said she would give it back when she came home The following afternoon. The games she played! this woman lives below the apartment and I've never experienced anyone like her! When we were leaving we made sure the house was cleaned up, bins emptied, all dishes cleaned and put away and we removed bed clothes from the beds to help her. When I left she came out to me in the garden holding a small pedal bin, shouting at me accusing me of not taking the rubbish to the trash and that this was not her job. I explained that the rubbish was removed and there was a small few items left that morning before we left that we put into the bin. I am so sorry for writing such a terrible review and people may ignore this given all the other reviews which will seem totally out of place. But I thought it better to be honest and give an actual account of our stay and to warn you of the experience you may encounter. This lady needs a course in how to have manners and treat other human beings, never mind be a host for accomodation. suggest looking elsewhere!

Amazing apartment! It was very beautiful, clean, quiet and had everything we needed! Wifi and air conditioning were also very good. Great choice if you want to be in the old town area of Chania (about 10-15 min walk to the harbor). The neighborhood is nice and pretty quiet Overall, we had no issues and had a great time :)

I booked Greg’s appartment for my parents and they really loved it! It was very clean, quiet and 10min by foot from the Old Town. They recommend it! Thank you Greg. 🙂

The apartment is absolutely wonderful. Greg and his wife were great to arrange check in with and were very helpful with any questions we had. The beds are incredibly comfortable which is a rarity, and the whole place was absolutely spotless. The location is brilliant, only a short 10 minute walk to the old port and surrounding restaurants and shops. You cannot go wrong staying here, it has everything you need and is a stylish and very comfortable space.
