Neung was a great host. He waited for me in the building to provide me the keys at check in and showed me around the building. The location of the condo is not too far from the BTS station. It has a swimming pool and a gym as described with a library/study room. I encountered an issue with the unit but Neung was quick to find a solution. The unit comes with mostly everything you will need. It was spotless clean and no signs of bugs whatsoever. Definitely worth the price for a monthly rental. Thanks again!

Il vous met en confiance tout est tres bien explique et vous ete extrement bien accompagne pour l'arrive et le depart. le logement est vraiment pas cher est dans un lieu tres calme. tout est tres fonctionnel et il y beaucoups de rangement.

Nueng condo is a really worth condo to stay at if you feel like staying few time In Bangkok, it’s easy to go (10 mins walking from BTS), really clean and the condo and surrounding are beautiful. Nueng is really friendly, always answered to me within few hours, and gave me some good recommendations around the condo. Don’t miss the night market next to the BTS station that is open every night !

The cozy space offered a comfortable retreat after exploring the city. Convenience was at its peak with a 24-hour 7-11 within the premises. A nearby Thai restaurant proved to be a culinary gem with great taste and affordable prices. A 10 Baht shuttle bus ticket made going to BTS hassle-free. It was such a pleasure staying at Nueng's condo! Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and perfect for an extended stay. The condo complex is very safe and very close to the BTS. I have stayed in many Airbnb accommodations, but this one stood out due to Nueng's unmatched communication and desire to make sure everything was perfect for my stay. He even invited me for an authentic Thai dinner at his and his girlfriend's house. I can truly say I gained a friend and I will definitely visit him again next time I'm in Bangkok. Highly recommended!
