Awesome place not too far from promenade to walk there, but at the same time far enough to find a parking if you have a car. Place itself is very nice and cozy, not too small, and not too big. It has huge windows and small balconies facing area between the buildings. Privacy could be an issue, but you can always use window shades. Instructions for getting into the place were clear and we didn't experience any issues getting the keys or communicating with the owner. In general we were very happy staying here and would definitely come back when we'll visit Nice in the future.

logement plutôt propre et bien équipé malgré le peu de vaisselle disponible. logement bien situé dans résidence et quartier calme. en revanche les services de welkeys sont très médiocre : nous avons attendus 1h10 dans la hall d'entrée avant que quelqu'un vienne nous remettre les clés. je déconseille leur service qui ne prennent pas du tout en copte l'impact que 1h10 de retard peut avoir pour le client... trèsmauvaise communication avec leur service et mauvaise gestion de leur planning de remise des clés.

Appartement très agréable, bon agencement. Très calme, la Clim est un gros plus !!
