All of our contemporary open-plan cottages have been renovated to a high standard and are beautifully furnished to ensure your stay is a luxurious one. Each of the cottages provide family-sized living spaces with modern furnishings and a warm, cosy feel. They have well-equipped modern open-plan kitchens to ensure the keen cook has everything at hand to create their holiday feast, whilst also being able to partake in any holiday entertainment! Each of our four cottages are slightly different in size, features and furnishings, so you’ve plenty of choice when booking with us. We can also accommodate large group bookings (between multiple properties). Contact us for more information and rates. THE STABLES This stunning two bedroom cottage is situated in the old farm courtyard, in a quaint barn built pre-1850, which now offers a contemporary and tastefully furnished space whilst retaining its character as one of the oldest barns on the farm. The modern open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher and washer/drier. The living space has two large, comfortable sofas, a generous television and a farmhouse dining table for serving family meals. The two bedrooms have comfortable beds (a King in the master bedroom and a double and a single in the second bedroom) and so can accommodate up to five people (with three sharing the larger room). A family bathroom offers a bath tub, with a powerful shower over and plenty of hot water. Whilst the master bedroom benefits from a generous ensuite shower room.
We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was easy to get to in a quiet location. It doesn't feel like it's on the edge of Milford Haven but that means that it's close to all amenities. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and well equipped with it's own private garden. It was a great base from which to explore Pembrokeshire we had a lovely few days here. Thanks Jess!
Beautiful accommodation with lots of living space. We had everything we needed and more. Jess was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend 'The Stables' when visiting Pembrokeshire. Very peaceful surroundings but close to all the attractions in the area.
Jess always responded promptly to my questions in a friendly manner. The accommodation perfectly matched our needs, was clean and well presented. Thank you Jess.
We are a family of two couples with three dogs have just returned from a wonderful week at The Stables. Communication with Jess was outstanding throughout the whole process, check in and check out were easy and Jess provided fantastic directions with pictures. The accommodation was exactly as described and had everything that you could need, even down to dishwasher tablets and washing pods for the washing machine. The garden was private and safely fenced in for the dogs with an outside picnic bench and table and a barbecue. The property was beautifully clean and the open plan layout allowed wonderful family time without feeling segregated whilst cooking. The bedrooms were a good size, with comfortable mattresses, and plenty of pillows and fluffy towels. The property is positioned at the end of a lane, so it was very peaceful, the Pembroke coastal path is literally a stone throw away. I would highly recommend this property.
We are walking distance from the local pub (just a mile up the country lane) and conveniently close to the old fishing town of Milford Haven, which will provide for your every need (with a Welsh Bakery, Post Office, the modern and vibrant live Torch Theatre, a Doctors Surgery and Supermarket) and has a fantastic Marina (with a number of quaint shops and charming cafes, a maritime museum, ten-pin bowling, fishing and sightseeing boat trips, a waterfront gallery and several popular waterfront bars and restaurants).
We are also just a ten minute drive away from the unspoilt beach of Sandy Haven, 20 minutes from the popular beach of Broad Haven and the village of Dale (offering kayaking, surfing, sailing, windsurfing and coasteering) and just 30 minutes’ drive from both Tenby and St Davids.
Pembrokeshire really does have something for everyone; with 52 beautiful beaches, 186 miles of stunning coast path, several magnificent castles and numerous adventure and activity parks, we challenge you to find someone who gets bored here. Being centrally located within the County means that you really are able to access the best that Pembrokeshire has to offer!
For those looking for adventure Oakwood Theme Park is a short drive away, as are Anna's Zoo and Blue Lagoon Waterpark. For a spot of culture, we are just 15 minutes away from Henry VII’s Pembroke Castle. For food and drink enthusiasts Caws Cenarth cheese factory and tasting room is not to be missed, and neither is the tour of the Cwm Deri Vineyard. We also have a number of fantastic restaurants within a short drive; just ask your hosts for recommendations.
Milford Haven is the nearest train station and the end of the line in Wales, next stop Ireland; accessed via the Ferry terminals at Pembroke Dock or Fishguard.
There is a bus service from the main road between the neighbouring towns and villages, which is a short walk (approximately one mile) from the farm.
There is also a Coastal Bus Service that runs between strategic stops along the Coast Path, so you are able to start at one point and finish at another, without any stress of having to plan circular routes, or worrying about how to get back to your car.
For those using cars, there is allocated parking for two cars at the property, with additional guest parking available by arrangement.

I love travelling and was lucky enough to back pack around the world in my younger years. Now I'm trying to give something back as a host, I try to meet all of our guests and share the local knowledge which is always so useful wherever you go. Our properties are as well equipped as we can manage (within reason and budget!) and I will always try and resolve any issues or omissions as soon as I can. I have a rather large pooch, she's a Bouvier des Flandres called Luna (not a labradoodle, cockerpoo!) and weighs in at a mighty 45kg, she is often alongside me at my meet and greets! I love good food, we moved back to the area (having grown up here and leaving to go to uni) in 2016 and we are trying to carve a little niche for ourselves here, based on sustainability and self sufficiency, so we are rearing our own free range pigs, chickens and if I can persuade my husband goats and sheep too! We also have an aquaponics unit for fresh fish and salads and I frequently come up with other hair brained ideas, mostly based around good eating! My favourite place to travel is anywhere with open countryside, with clean fresh air and spectacular views, long hikes are a must or alternatively a not too scary bike ride, usually with a rewarding and tasty meal at the other end!
