You will have a double bed and a sofa bed at your disposal. No lift. Washing machine and ironing board and iron are also provided. Bed linen and towels will be provided. Electric boiler, heating by radiators and heat pump for the a/ac. To find out more, read the detailed description below and the house rules. :) Services offered to guests: - Magnificent flat with modern comforts. - Ideally located in the most intercontinental district of Madrid. - Walking distance to the most famous museums and an unlimited variety of bars and restaurants. - Equipped: - Bed linen and towels will be provided. - Toiletries kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 bottles of shower gel 30ml, 2 bottles of shampoo 30ml, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 bars of hand soap. - In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multi-purpose cloth and 1 rubbish bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. - The rooms in the flat are air-conditioned. Other features to be taken into account: - PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A FOURTH FLOOR APARTMENT WITH NO LIFT. IF YOU DON'T LIKE CLIMBING STAIRS, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU :-) - You will have a set of keys at your disposal. Accommodation : You will like my accommodation because of its location and modern equipment. The flat can accommodate 3 people and is located on the fourth floor, accessible only by stairs. To make the most of your stay you will have all this at your disposal: - A cosy living room: sofa bed, television and dining table for 2 people. - A fully equipped open kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, induction hobs, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils. - A bright bedroom with double bed. - A modern bathroom: shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, washing machine. External services: If you are travelling with a baby, please note: - Baby cot option available for travellers with infants for an additional extra charge of 30 euros. - Highchair also available for a supplement of 20 euros. - If both services are requested, the cot is priced at 30 euros and the highchair is priced at 10 euros.
