abbiamo soggiornato da Zhoraida per una vacanza sportiva, parapendio, gruppo di 5 adulti. la casa è moderna , arredata con gusto e dispone di tutti i comfort, con ampi spazi comuni climatizzati e camere molto confortevoli. abbiamo incontrato alcuni problemi durante il soggiorno ma la proprietaria è stata reattiva nel gestire la situazione.

zorahida is a very nice person but very hands on and my stay was not the best. -there are cameras inside the home (not in the bedrooms). At every entrance inside the home that also overlooked the living room and common living space. This was definitely not what I was expecting -she asked us not to turn on the AC in the living room/common area because it "was expensive". I understand her concerns but I also rented home with AC. the house was rented as "an entire home" however she told us we would get a discount because there was a holdover on the property that was staying in another room who's trip was delayed. when I asked her about the discount she did not give one and said Airbnb already took the money.... that was not right. -when we arrived and she told us "no tinder girls in the house" which was a strange thing to say but also shows on her very Hands-On approach that she would want guest over. -she stated that she could stay in the home or could stay at another place which was strange because we rented the entire home and I did not rent a home where I was co-living with the owner. -there were ants throughout the home but not in the bedrooms that all being said I got injured while in Columbia and Zorahida did make a bottom floor bedroom available and she moved my things from a top bedroom to bottom room. she is an extremely nice person. I understand her wanting to protect her investment but I think we both had different opinions about how the rental should go. I thought I was getting a home with AC where I could have friends over (not have parties) and was free of cameras on the inside it was a very uncomfortable vibe the whole state despite the house being extremely well decorated and updated.

This type of place is just what is needed by foreigners in the Roldanillo area. Clean, air conditioned, has REAL wifi, the type you can get actual work done with. And REAL hot water too. It was perfect and much better located than I anticipated, so easy to Roldanillo from there. Zorahida was very helpful and responsive in every way. There was a problem of my causing, and the local helper went way out of her way to help me solve it. The photos do not do justice to the home, better in person. If you want some of the comforts you are used to without stepping out of the Colombian experience, than this place is for you.
