After driving for over 800km we arrived at the destination to find loads of unused furniture all over the rooms, could barely walk in, the place super dirty with spiderwebs and dust that triggered my son’s allergy, and on top of that, no electricity and no running water! There were no clean shits. The pillows were dirty and it looked like some vandals messed up the apartment before our arrival. The apartment has not been visited in at least 1.5yrs!! The host has told us that he pays a fee at the resort for them to mantain it and look after it only to find out later from the receptionists that he hasn’t paid any bills/fees to the resort hence why it was left untouched! It was a massive scam and ended up having to pay another 1200 euros to get another apartment as we did not have where to stay!!! It was a horrible experience and we still did not get a refund as the host has not agreed to send the money back. We have involved airbnb and awaiting response from them. It is a shame because the apartment and location have immense potential. I do not recommend booking it just to avoid any ‘surprises’.

Location and complex is very well situated. Pool and view top for the location. Unit also great view. Could use some updates in terms of furnishings and fixtures (eg no washing machine). Would stay again and generally recommend.

Very nice and spacious apartment with an astonishing view. The pool water was mostly uncomfortable cold. Many of the amenities are missing but one is crucial, washer, I would never even book accommodation without a washer especially when there are no towels and bedsheets changes for 18 nights. Below is a list of missing amenities, some of them he removed from listing after my note, but that doesn't mean I wasn't counting on them: Washer, Dryer, Toilet paper, Beach essentials (Beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, snorkeling gear), Coffee maker
