She was very helpful. When we arrived due to the rainy weather it was a bit cold but she bought us a new heater. When we had questions she replied in minutes and provided us with helpful information. I would recommend her! The place is very close to the train station about 5 minutes of walk.

Great place to stay and use as a base for hiking and sightseeing the lake Como and surrounding areas. Only minus is the lack of washing machine. (there is a coin laundry in the next town that we used). Overall very nice stay. Thank you.

Great location. Close to the most popular destinations at Lake Como. Has a private parking lot. The instructions were clear to understand and follow. Had all the necessary amenities, including some snacks. The only downside was the towels. At first glance, they were fresh but as soon as you shower and use them, the odor smell appears. The need to be replaced.

Giulia was a very responsive host from the start and always responded within 10 minutes. The booking and check-in process was simple, and the studio apartment was great. It had all the amenities needed, and the place was quite spacious. Everything was kept very clean and it was perfect for 2 days. It is a great place to stay to visit Lake Como as it is less than a 5 minute walk to the train station, which has frequent trains (less than 3 Euros) to towns like Varenna and Bellano. All in all, great value for the stay, thank you Giulia!
