We stayed here for 3.5 weeks. Check in was a breeze. Yana was very helpful with the apartment instructions. Both beds are very comfortable and the shower fixture is very good. Good hot water and very clean. Valencia is very walkable with many great small tapas places to visit. Sitting on the front balcony is very, very nice and relaxing. If this apartment is available, you should book it asap. The only piece of advice we would offer is to bring your favourite ear plugs. You may not need them, but the restaurant out front closes late and the garbage trucks and street cleaners start early. Much the same as many places we have rented in Europe. Overall, great value!! Would love to stay here in the future!!

Yana was a wonderful host, and being greeted by the groceries she provided was such a treat. The apartment is spotless and has everything you could want. The location is definitely very touristy, but is ideally located for walking to all of the sights, and it gets quiet at night once the restaurants close. Definitely an Airbnb gem!

We felt so welcome and comfortable. Messages ahead gave us directions to parking, the kitchen had some “arrival food”, and everything was as we’d expected. John was responsive whenever we contacted him. We’d love to go back again sometime.

John's place in Valencia was truly a plesure to stay at. The view out tot the courtyard alone is worth the price, but on top of that the apartment was adorable and comfortable. The location can't be beat and Yana even met us on our first day to show us inside. Cannot recommend this place more!
