The location of the apartment is great ,lot of choices of restaurants and it is very close to the beach to enjoy sun rises and sunset. However, the apartment is quite dirty, dust is everywhere and there is stain on the table. I need to do the cleaning by myself. And the light is dim and yellow, not friendly for make up. Beside, it is very unconvenient as the showerhead is fixed in the bathroom. A hand held showerhead will be better. Moreover, the response speed of Marcus can be better. I requested for a hair dryer in the first day and finally got the hair dryer in third day. Overall, the apartment can be better!

The place was a great place to crash after a weekend at the Grand Prix. It was close to the trams and close to a Woolworths and restaurants. It was convenient for our weekend and suited us as we needed a place to crash after big days. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the space but it was comfortable enough for sleeping and showering. Unfortunately as some of the other reviews state there are a few things that need attention. The fridge and toilet were dirty when we arrived and there is some maintenance that needs to be done including the toilet roll holder and fixing the bathroom door as it doesn’t close. This is the same with the screen door at the front because it isn’t secured and doesn’t close we couldn’t have the breeze coming through. The wifi isn’t strong we were only getting very slow speeds but again we didn’t use it much. There was also no hand soap which was a bit odd. Take advantage of the great places outside of the apartment and its superb location.

Modern, secure place. I would have liked a place to put my soap, etc. in the shower, so I used a metal stool. Warning for weak fingers: There is no door handle on the inside of the door. You have to grab a lock device with strong fingers to pull the door open to get outside.

Great location, communication and access. The only downer were the cleanliness items that could have been attended to by the cleaner but we are sure this can be rectified.

We enjoyed our stay in St Kilda. The unit was close to both the beach and restaurants. It was exactly as described.
