Clean room. Private bathroom. Fridge and microwave available in room. Host is nice and attentive if you need him. I'd stay again

I enjoyed staying at Joseph's place. I liked having a mini fridge and microwave in the room, so I can put my food in the fridge without confusion as to what is mine. It was a nice place to sleep.

I stayed in this private room at Joseph's place for a week. The room and attached bathroom were both absolutely clean and spotless, and the large bed was extremely comfortable! I slept very well. I really appreciated Joseph's clear instructions, flexible check-in time, and very reasonable pricing. The mini fridge and microwave were ideal for reheating leftovers, and having access to a washer and dryer in the hallway was convenient to get some laundry done before flying home. However, I was really looking forward to relaxing by watching TV during my stay, and unfortunately the TV in my room did not work. At first it turned on but did not respond to any of the buttons on either remote, and then I was finally able to watch something, but it froze in the middle of the show, and then the TV display would not turn off before I went to bed. I tried replacing the batteries in both remotes and unplugging the cords from the wall to attempt to reset the system, but it didn't make a difference.
