Susie’s place was the perfect base for a trip with our adult children, son-in-law and young grandchild. Knowing we would not travel far afield in LA, being near the beach and with access to great food and a great walking part of the metro area was important. The home is beautiful, with space for all inside and out on the decks (both levels). It is quiet and relaxing, being interior from busy streets. It has everything you need and access to groceries, coffee shops and local restaurants is within easy 5-15 minute walks. Playground right around the corner for young ones, and we really enjoyed the Venice Cinco de Mayo parade and celebration that ended there! Great for adults or families. And Susi is incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Excellent place. Great layout, very clean, easy parking, totally comfortable. The decks and common spaces were awesome for my family of 4. I will be back in the area often and expect to stay here again!

I really loved this house. The outdoor spaces were amazing. Everything was clean and the home had a good layout. The area is so convenient and very walkable. Susi was very responsive and communicated proactively - she also sent pictures for the check in process which was very thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again.
