The host has a 24/7 desk, which is super nice, staff are friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean. However, the washing machine is not available (only for staff use) although in the description it says that it is available. Another thing to consider - is that the place has many many rooms and you might hear noises like people coming up and down the stairs. As a light sleeper, I wasn't able to sleep very well . There were some guests with small children who were crying and shouting that also added to not being able to rest well. Cleaning also starts pretty early, so you'd be very likely to be woken up by it if you prefer to sleep late. Overall - if you don't mind the noise it's a great place.

Truly an amazing place to stay for a Guest House! I'm usually not very keen to stay in guest houses but this one felt like a real hotel experience but for a very good value! The cleaniness was the best! The staff was truly helpful especially Hector who helped me bring my heavy suitcase to my room since there is no lift which is very nice from them! I would definitely go back there again! The only """downside""" I would say was that the curtains in the room I got are quite see through so I had to hide when putting clothes on or turn off the lights to make sure no one sees me + have a sleep mask since the daylight would hit through my window quite early so this is a heads up for those who cant sleep with light on! otherwise everything was fine! Thank you so much!!

Estancia fantástica. Limpieza excelente y personal muy agradable. La cocina y zonas comunes, inmejorables. Bonitas, limpias, espaciosas y luminosas. Sólo cambiaría las fotos de las habitaciones simples. No se parecen a la que aparece en las fotos de airbnb (tampoco a las que aparecen en booking). Son mucho más pequeñas y prácticamente sin luz. Esto es engañoso. Y no hace falta hacer eso porque el sitio es perfecto. Yo pregunté antes de ir y ya me comentaron que las habitaciones simples no eran exteriores. Pero si no hubiese preguntado me habría llevado un desengaño. Esto habría que cambiarlo.
