Marc is an absolutely wonderful host! He was communicative from day 1 of my 1 month stay up until the last minute. Everything was provided as described. The room was very cool having the lower level with a desk and futon, then the ladder up to the bed area. Everything was very clean and had easy access to the kitchen and bathroom. The space was very quiet throughout the whole stay. I really have nothing bad to say about this listing other than if you are staying long term like a month +, not having windows in the room does wear on you (personal preference). If you’re staying from out of town this is the best place in terms of location and popping into Manhattan . This is a great place and I’d recommend Marc 1,000 times!

Marc is a great host, very communicative and accommodating. Location is convenient and close to many shops and restaurants. The only small downside is the place is a bit cold as the temperature drops, hope this can be improved in the future!

It's a bit of an unusual setup, but it's a great temporary place to stay and in a great location, and Marc is a wonderful host.
