Very clean accomodation . Easy to check in . Hosts very helpful/friendly before & during stay. Description/photos online very accurate. Well equiped kitchen. Good choice of TV/streaming channels for all ages of visitors. Few mins walk to bike hire/cafe, and nearby shops/amnenties in Pitlochry ,great location, pleasant street. Nice garden area. Very comfy beds, comfortable lounge. Have stayed here 5 times, would highly recommend for couples, famillies with children , good walking areas/places to visit nearby. Added bonus allowing pets, my dog enjoyed his holiday too. Karen & Gerry are very good hosts & the bungalow is very comfortable , good sized kitchen ,and lounge . Highly recommend as a holiday cottage . Enjoyed stay September 2023, a great deal. Fresh towels & linen , and washing machine & dishwasher added bonus too. A very enjoyable hoilday. Good value.

Excellent property that was as described. Spotlessly clean with all necessary appliances. Located in a very convenient location close to the centre of Pitlochry and a great base for touring the area. Would highly recommend.

We stayed for a week in May 2023, myself, my wife and two children. The location of the accommodation is great, easy walking distance to the centre of Pitlochry with all its amenities, pubs, restaurants etc. The accommodation was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable week's stay. Gerry & Karen's communication was really good, they even told us about the Highland Games which were on at Blair Castle and which we didnt know about. We ended up going and had a great day out. All in all a good stay.

Lovely bungalow within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the Dam. Rooms exactly as pictured and house spotlessly clean. Clear checkin instructions provided in advance of our visit Would love to visit again in the future.
