All Good for a one night stay.

House location is good and convenient. You may stay if you don't mind the house is dusty, with 80% old furnitures, mostly everything broken and its haunted. Living room, car porch and backyard are in CCTV surveillance. I guess the main purpose is for guests safety and guarantee to the host, but there is no privacy with a huge CCTV camera in the living room. No cable TV only local channels. Sofa, beds, dining chairs, washrooms, couch in the backyard are mostly damaged. The house is haunted, where you can hear "them" walking, talking, laughing and playing around in the house, especially in the empty room. You may see stopped clocks and landscape paintings everywhere. Water supply is one of the problem too.

This homestay is way better than renting expensive hotel or condo, but only if you have transport or rent a car since its around 20 min from Kk town. It has everything we need, we even made a small family gathering event at the house. Even our family and relatives are interested in renting this house for their next trip. There was water service disruption for 2 days at all of the upper level bathroom but fortunately water is available downstairs. Highly recommended if you want to feel at home for a very affordable price.
