Très bel appartement , très belle vue! Après tout est vétuste ou cassé, il n'y a aucun luxe disponible, c'est un appartement convenable ayant beaucoup vécu. Vaisselle dépareillée, coutellerie idem, meubles d'extérieur rudimendaires et très fatigués. la salle de bain visiteur ne possède pas de WC, ce qui est embêtant si les deux chambres sont occupées car leurs salles de bains sont en suite. Et il n'y a pas d'aspirateur à disposition Voilà le luxe s'arrête à la vue et au bâtiment

el apartamento muy buena ubicación vista espectacular, muy amplia, pero le falta mucho mantenimiento y la falta del servicio sanitario en el baño de visitas es lo peor de todo lo malo que hay allá.

The location is great but that’s pretty much where the luxury ends. Everything in the apartment borderline neglected. Staring with the most obvious as a simply missing toilet! (Despite advertising 3 bath one of them had the toilet literally missing) The AC wasn’t working well, I had to open the filter myself and find that it hasn’t been cleaned for years. Several lights around the apartment were not working. On the balcony exposed electrical wires were lying around (and we have little kids), the glass fence was dirty with many places were the rubber seal was falling off. In the kitchen the microwave cabin door was broken and the only way you could put a plate of food into the microwave is by preventing the cabin door from falling down by holding it with your *head* (since you need one hand to hold a plate and another one to open the microwave) The kitchen faucet was barely attached, wiggling around like a sail. Basic things like capsules for the dishwasher, trash bags, and many more things like that were not found in the apartment. There was only a single key to the apartment (we asked for another one and were said there isn’t one) so me and my wife had to coordinate who leaves when and who returns first. In the parking lot we found an old outdoor furniture stored, blocking us from parking two cars. Many more little things like that which I documented all on pictures and videos. I admit that each one of those things is pretty small and insignificant but the combination of them all together with the fact that we payed $4.5k for a two weeks stay does leave me with some sense of injustice.

I have stayed at countless Airbnb’s throughout Israel and this apartment was by far the best apartment I’ve stayed in. It is a huge penthouse with full balcony on top of the entire building. It’s modern, clean and the host was very communicative. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
