One of the most chilled, relaxing times I've had with Airbnb. Susan always responds promptly and makes certain you have everything you need. Thoroughly recommended. I would definitely book this premises again.

My friend Michelle stayed at Susan’s place for her holiday in London, Susan was super host enormously friendly, kindness and helpful, she was responsive and sort it out all the problems by the minute. The Annexe was very clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful garden.

Great little place if you want somewhere that's self-contained, quiet, peaceful and in a really nice area of South Croydon. Great location for both Sanderstead and Purely Oaks stations which give great access to London. There is a Tesco and Waitrose which are both walkable and a few restaurants and coffee shops also dotted about within walking distance. The hosts and their family are really nice and friendly and happy to help or provide anything you might need during the stay. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return.
