Double room with private bathroom, in a flat with other 3 bedrooms and a shared breakfast room. The apartment is on the ground floor of a historical building dating back to the '30s, but it has been completely refurbished in 2018. A few steps from the train and bus station as well as from the city centre, it is the ideal accommodation both for guests who want to visit the Maremma and the seaside, but also for those who prefer to remain in the city. The apartment, completely refurbished in 2018, is very bright and offers all comforts. The bedroom has its own private bathroom inside, with large shower, a comfortable double bed and it is perfect for a couple, for single travelers or for people who travel on business. Windows have double glazing, so that the apartment is very quiet.

Ho affittato lo spazio di Serena per conto di mia mamma, la quale mi ha riferito esserne rimasta entusiasta. Gli ambienti sono nuovi e pulitissimi, e il letto è molto comodo. Serena è stata reattiva e disponibilissima, e qualora ce ne fosse occasione, prenoterei senz’altro il suo appartamento. Consiglio vivamente a tutti!

We have spent 3 great nights in Grosseto at A Casa di Asia. We received an amazing welcome from both Serena and her husband. They were very thoughtful and gave us a great deal of helpful recommendations. We definitely recommend staying there.

The apartment is extremely central, though on a quiet side road with not so much traffic. All essential services are available in the neiboughood, a few hundred metres from the apartment (pharmacy round the corner, post office, grocery store, bank, bars and restaurants) and the city centre is easily reacheable in just a 5-10 minute walk (650 meters).
The apartment is 350m (4' walking) from the train station, which is also the bus terminal for city buses and suburban buses, so it is the ideal accommodation for guests who want to use public transportation. For exploring the area and fully enjoying the beauty of the Maremma however, we recommend to rent a car, that you could park in the street with no charge.

We both work in hospitality and hotel management, so we are used to get in contact every day with people from all over the world and this is definitely the best part of our job! It's always interesting to know different cultures! We also love eating and we enjoy trying local food in the places that we visit. We have a daughter and her name is Asia.
