I had an extremely positive experience! I felt welcome and right at home upon my arrival, and enjoyed a comfortable stay. Lewis was a gracious host and I’d highly recommend this Airbnb!

Great loft! This is located right off Monroe Ave and just about everything you need is with in walking distance. The apartment was very clean, had all the amenities (all high end) and it has a spa like feel with the aroma and relaxing music when you walk in. So many great restaurants and bars that you can easily walk to and Wegmans (great grocery store) is about a 5 minute drive away. Some of my concerns with doing an Air B&B in this area was parking and safety. Believe me this was not a concern at all! The building has its own lot and there were always spots available. As for safety there were no issues at all, I wouldn’t hesitate walking around the area alone. Night may be a bit different though as it is a bar area but in my experience everyone was very friendly. Over all good experience! PS must try Sol Burrito!

I spent a month in Rochester and while I was there I felt grateful to have come across Lewis and his place on airbnb. The abundance of my experience shows every indication that he is every bit the kind and gracious host he seems and who others have described elsewhere. You will not find a nicer, more responsive, or considerate host. I even had a family emergency and I felt terrible at having to leave before I had a chance to properly clean the apartment and he displayed the utmost candor and thoughtfulness without even a hint of the frustration I thin anyone would feel in his place. The residence was even better than described and the amenities I found to be described with impeccable accuracy and the furnishings were lovely to look at as well as to use. I think that chair might be the nicest chair I've ever used anywhere. I cannot say enough good things. If you'r thinking about finding a place in Rochester, you won't find anyone better.

Excellent, spacious, clean, well-appointed place across the street from a beautiful 100+ year old neighborhood full of block after block of lovely houses to walk through, plus plenty of interesting restaurants, a few breweries in walking distance of roughly a mile (more further out too). We worked remotely here for a month and never had wifi issues and were sad to leave. Would highly recommend Lewis' unit for anyone visiting Rochester.
