This is by far the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. Host was very responsive and flexible with our check in as we ran a bit behind coming from our tour of Pompei and kindly came to meet us in the area to show us the best solution for parking our rental car. The place looked exactly like the photos and the views were STUNNING. Every morning we got to experience a beautiful sunrise over the sea in a quiet and beautiful area. Nerano is a small town but the restaurant/bar a few doors down stayed open until 2am which was great. It is also situated at the beginning of the Baia de Iernto trail which leads to a beautiful secluded beach, but you can also walk down the hillside to the sea about 15 minutes (returning can be a bit challenging if you aren’t used to it or have mobility issues but is ok if you go slowly). Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would love to return to The Siren House in the future.
Amazing little house close buy to Nerano Coast. Was given plenty of help on local things to do. The bottle of wine and the beer was a very enjoyable. Thank you again!
Carmela's place was lovely and a really unique and homely property. The view from the balcony is amazing, it's right next to the bus stop, restaurants and supermarket and a short walk downhill to the beach. Maria (the property manager) couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.
We absolutely loved this place - it was exactly what we we were looking for: an authentic apartment in a mostly non-tourist village. The terrace was amazing for the view and people watching. It was conveniently located close to the village piazza and the trail to baia de ieranto. The place stayed cool even though we kept the windows open, and that actually made the place feel even more in harmony with the village. Great walk down to the beach but a brutal walk back, so we’d recommend scooters or e-bikes as there are very few taxis to get you back up.
