Great communication from the start with helpful information to assist during our stay. Perfect location for our needs and plenty of space in the house with lovely setting in the back garden to enjoy. Very accommodating and check in and out was easy. We shall return as it was perfect for our group.

Great spot with lots of room! Perfect if you are a couple families together. There are different areas in the house, which allows everyone their own space when needed too. The beds are a little old but still comfortable for a few days. Loved it and thanks so much.

The place is really amazing. Not the newest appliances or bathrooms, but it has everything you need. We stayed for a week with my family. There is a lot a space inside and outside the house for the kids to play. The pool is great. The garden is beautiful and well kept. The wifi is good. You can walk to the beach. Very private. Just a great place to relax and enjoy nature. The only negative for me are the beds. There are only single beds, and some of them are very worn out. With that being said I would stay there again for sure.

Our experience at Viveca's residence was nothing short of spectacular. We were a group of two families, each with two young children aged 3 and 5. In total, we were a party of eight. Yet, the house was so spacious that it could easily accommodate another two to four guests without feeling crowded. Nestled at the serene edge of Sotogrande, the house and its expansive garden offer an idyllic retreat from the bustle of everyday life. Our children were thoroughly captivated by the sizable 10x5 meter pool, spending joyous hours splashing about. Beyond the pool, the garden revealed delightful surprises – a dedicated basketball space and a charming children's playhouse equipped with sand, which sparked our kids' imaginations. For anyone seeking a blend of comfort and tranquility, I wholeheartedly recommend Viveca's abode. It truly feels like a hidden gem.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sotogrande. Beautiful pool and backyard, beautiful neighborhood. We were a group of 10 and fit very comfortably. Viveca was a lovely host and very helpful. We’d love to come back someday!
