Santiago was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The house was clean and perfect for 14 guests, which we had. Good common areas, comfortable beds, hot showers, ample parking, clean sheets and linens and good quality. Having all the games, foosball, ping pong, arcade games, was fun. Overall, I would stay here again. However, two things would make it better. First, for a place that accommodates 14 people, the coffee maker needs to be upgraded. It was a one cup pot. Second, Santiago lives on the property and the green space that is shown in the pictures is occupied by two big dogs that belong to him. I brought my dogs expecting that they could use this green space but it was not possible because Santiago's dogs seem somewhat aggressive. I would not put my dogs in that space. Plus, Santiago's dogs bark often through the night. But, overall, it was a great value for 14 people and we had a good time.
