I've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this one was THE BEST! First of all, Brett is the most awesome host EVER! If he asks you to pop over to the bar for a cocktail, DO IT! And his place is absolutely perfect - walkable to great beer and food, thrift stores, Rays ballpark (most civilized venue ever) - albeit a tad quirky with the layout, but oh so spacious, quiet, and comfy. We weren't crazy about the bagels across the street (be sure to ask for yours toasted cus it's not automatic), but loved the sourdough place Brett recommended which we walked to (good thing cus we pigged out and needed to burn calories!). We went there twice! If I ever go back to St. Pete, I will book as far ahead as I can to stay at Brett's place again.

This was an ideal spot for my weekend in St Pete! Able to walk to many restaurants and watering holes (bars.) I even walked to Tropicana Field- which is awesome for a baseball fan! Unit has everything you need during your stay- including washer, coffee and a quaint patio area where you can hear the local vibes/music while you enjoy. I saved this one, will definitely use again when going to the games or St Pete beaches!

Brett's place was a great location, a bit noisy if you're worried about that kind of thing. He was kind enough to let us have a late check-out since the cleaning help wasn't scheduled to come the next day.

Wonderful studio in great location. I didn't have a car and the town bus route to the beach was very close by. I enjoyed my stay. Really loved the sun room porch. I had a minor problem with the key lock box. Better instructions on how to open it would have been appreciated. I got it open to retrieve the key but could not reopen it to replace the key at check out.
