This airbnb was amazing. The location is great! The river is so peaceful with the windows open while sleeping! Wasn’t hard finding the airbnb, its directly after the bridge! Cant wait to go back

Overall we had a wonderful stay due to the surrounding area. Bed was VERY comfortable with clean bedding. The living room smelled a bit of cigarette smoke, hence the 4-star rating. Furnishings were dated but comfortable. Recliners would have been nice. TV was small but functional. Would have been nice to have a dishwasher since I would rather not do dishes on vacation. lol We were a bit disappointed at being totally surrounded by houses on 2.5 sides. The back side of the house was next to a granite cliff. There was a burn ban so the fire pit was overgrown and uninviting. Pictures were a bit misleading as they made it look like it was private. Creek was peaceful with the running water. You CAN literally fish off the deck if you wanted to but there wasn't any deck furniture. After staying in the house, I now feel like it was a bit over-priced. BUT if you need a comfortable 2 BR and are there to hike in the Rocky Mountain Natl Park, you will sleep well at night!

Good place to stay. Every place we wanted to go was no longer than a 5 minute drive. Just an FYI, there are stairs to get into the home. It's not a big deal for us. The home is kinda hidden, so it took us a little time to find it. My sister called the host for more direction, but they never responded, but we ultimately found it. It is actually behind another property right off a bridge, sharp right turn.

If you're looking for a good enough place to stay this could be it. It is along the river but not very much of the river. No places to sit outside, not chairs to sit on. Had a fire pit but full of bricks so couldn't use. There are a lot of steep steps to get into the house that they don't mention. so if you have to carry anything heavy just so you know. Also if you are somewhat impaired they are steep. Birds poop was on the railing going up to the door. Hope they fix the two broken windows that wouldn't shut so cold air was coming in. It was clean enough but they don't want you using much water so ask you not to flush everytime you pee. They charge a lot for cleaning fee then ask you to load the washer with your dirty sheets before you leave???
