I stayed here for four weeks (Feb 1-28) and I was pleasantly surprised with how comfortably I settled it. It’s a huge apartment, massive kitchen and the laundry room is handy. The fact there are 5 rooms shouldn’t be a worry - you definitely have your own privacy and access to the kitchen when you want. Also there are 3 decent sized bathrooms so that’s not an issue either. Room was a great size, proper desk and chair to work as well! Everything is exactly how it is advertised and I would definitely stay here again! As for walking around, it’s close to Plaça Ajuncament and a 3-min walk from Mercat. Everything else is close by, including El Carmen and the train station

Ilona's apartment is amazing. It is located right next to the central market. You can comfortably walk around Ciudad Vella and to Rusafa. It takes only 10/15 minutes to reach the main bus and metro stations (Angel Guimera, North station, Alcantar). The apartment is remodernized. It is composed of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen with 2 fridges, a laundry room and an additional spare room. The housekeeper cleans the common areas twice per week, while blankets and towels are changed every 10 days. I spent one month there, working from home, and had no big issues. The internet connection was pretty stable, even if not that fast. The main downsides were the noise from the other rooms and from the building, which makes me think that the structure is not properly soundproof. Also, since guests change frequently, sometimes the common areas are dirty and not well kept, and people might be a bit noisy, not respecting the other flatmates. This is mainly a problem of people misbehaving

From the beginning Ilona was so helpful. I had a problem with another Airbnb and she allowed me to do a early check in at her place. The apartment is amazing. It has 3 nice bathrooms and a big kitchen that I shared with another guests. My room was big and cozy. With a comfy bed, nice desk and Air Conditioning. It is a good place for remote working because the internet has a good speed. In addition the most turistics places are walking distance. The apartment is super clean, they clean it periodically. I stayed there for a week and I really enjoyed it. I totally recommend it.

The building is very loud. Not people, the building. Somewhere inside the building some mechanical systems makes loud crashing and clanging noises day and night. This is a large, multi use building with profesional offices and residences. That said, the AirBnB was well kept and fairly clean bathrooms and kitchen cleaned 2x/wk. Great location, for sure.
