Bei Milan bist du perfekt aufgehoben, es liegt mitten in der Surfer-Hochburg und er und seine Frau sind immer hilfsbereit und für dich da. Auch ein späterer Checkout wurde uns ohne Probleme ermöglicht. Ich würde Milan jedem weiterempfehlen der gerne am Surferstrand eine günstige, saubere Unterkunft sucht. Milan ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Einziger Minuspunkt die Unterkunft liegt nach hinten zum Strand hinaus aber nach vorne direkt an der Haupt-Verkehrsstrasse und das stand leider im Inserat nicht drin. Die Unterkunft ist tag und nacht immer sehr laut.

Хорошее расположение, выход прямо к океану. Рядом милые недорогие кафе. Комнатка маленькая, но достаточно уютная. У нас был чудесный балкон. Единственный минус - жутко шумно от дороги.

Big thanks for Milan and his wife! Really nice hosts, Milan has his own surfing school, me and my boyfriend took few lessons, close to Summer Lanka surf house have really good and tasty rotti place, we go to have dinner there every evening.

Summer Lanka house is in Hikkaduwa town so if you are travelling by train, you should get down at Hikkaduwa and not in Galle as the distance will be shorter from Hikkaduwa station. A tuk-tuk ride will cost you 250-300 lkr and a better bet would be to take this via the Pick Me / Uber apps instead of from the locals. Hikkeduwa is an ideal surf town and we preferred this place over the other beach towns in Galle. As to the place - Milan is a true superhost. The place is well maintained and clean and looks exactly as the photos and description. The check in was totally hassle free and we loved our stay here. The place has a direct and private access to the beach and is very well located centrally. The place is also in the hub of town so well connected to cafés and restaurants all around. There is a laundry shop right across the street so your laundry needs can also get taken care of. If I visit Hikkeduwa again, I’ll ensure to stay in Summer Lanka house during my revisit.
