The apartment is on the first floor and has its own staircase and ground floor hall from its own entrance door. There is a normal flight of stairs (with quarter turn) giving access to the first floor - as a result the apartment may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. If in doubt please ask. The property has gas fired central heating throughout. The bed is a 6' Superking with a Sealey Mattress and Joules 100% cotton bedding. The bedroom has a large walk in wardrobe with ample hanging space and shelving. The bathroom is fully tiled with electric underfloor heating.
