Great location, well-equipped, quiet, clean, easy to get to, run by a great team, comes with tea and coffee. What more can one ask? The Airbnb is within walking distance of both the Louvre and Notre Dame, with several metro stops nearby to go farther afield. Despite being in a busy area (especially in the evening and at night), the apartment is tucked at the back of a courtyard, so you can barely hear any noise with the windows closed. Although the Airbnb is small, the high ceiling and large windows give a sense of space. You have all the amenities you need: kitchen for cooking simple meals, washing machine, iron, TV, even a vacuum cleaner. Bathroom and bed area may feel a bit cramped for the very tall, but the bed is comfortable and the shower's fine. Stairs to the bed are a little steep, as shown in pictures. Erick met me when I arrived, and he and the team were very helpful and friendly, sharing tips and instructions. Would definitely stay again.
Enjoyed every single minute of my stay here. Very central and walkable and close to all my favorite shops and restaurants in Paris. Erick was very responsive and his messages made check-in and getting settled in a breeze. As a solo traveler, I couldn’t have found a more perfect flat.
Good choice to live in Pafis, very convenient to any places.

Erick’s place was the perfect spot to spend some action packed days in Paris! The location is just right in the middle of everything and you can walk through the best neighborhoods, to cars, restaurants, cultural institutions, markets and much more. The small studio is really cute and functional with a view to a beautiful courtyard. It is very quiet. Erick was super responsive and helpful and also really tried to cater my needs. I think the apartment would benefit from a little more love to the furniture and interior design. Also you have to be agile to climb up the stairs to the bed.
