We had a wonderful 10 day stay with multiple generations coming and going. Lots of cooking in the very well equipped kitchen and a brand new propane grill out by the pool made meals together very easy and special. The house has a lived in quality with plenty of space to spread out. Comfy beds, a bounty of linens, towels (including beach towels), dishes ect. The pool was wonderful. We paid the few extra dollars to have it heated as it was March and the evenings were cool. Money well spent! Joe the property manager was great to communicate with.

Plenty of room for three generations to get together. The pool and patio served as hangout spot during the day. The living room/dining room/nook was great at night. We had a great time.

Had a lovely stay the week before Christmas. Pam City is a great area with lots to do with in minutes or a couple hour drive. Richard/Bill Joe were very responsive with any question i had and communicated clearly and efficiently. House on water was peaceful and private and beautiful in early mornings. House has boat lift but I have since learned that boat lifts are usually custom to specific boat. We were not able to use the lift or easily access the dock for our boat, area next to lift is very shallow and couldn't easily maneuver boat into the spot. Pool was clean, nice and relaxing. House was clean and checkin was easy. would stay again. Beds were comfortable. Smart tV made watching tv/movies easy.
